Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes, samples, and personal-use fragrance products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange once ordered, opened, used, sprayed, delivered, or dispatched, except where Maison Velor confirms an incorrect, damaged, or leaking item.

Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery for any issue related to damaged, leaking, or incorrect products. Clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, and order details may be required for review.

All content on this website, including images, product descriptions, branding, designs, labels, and written materials, belongs to Maison Velor and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
